![]() Professional Yoga Experience With over 10 years of Yoga teaching experience, Ann Wagoner is Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT, and was trained in the ISHTA Style of Yoga with Alan Finger in New York City. She also received a certificate as an Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor from the Mount Madonna Institute's College of Ayurveda in California. Ann currently teaches yoga through Belmont Yoga and Living Yoga in Oregon. She has been a vegetarian for over 20 years and currently participates in the Community Supported Agriculture project of the 47th Avenue Farm. Many of the recipes are based on locally grown food from the Pacific Northwest. Ann's classes at Belmont Yoga in Portland focus on Breath Flow and balance, strength and flexibility. Pranayama, asana and vinyasa are taught to music. Ann also teaches at a Women's Prison in Oregon through the Living Yoga program where there is a focus on cooling, centering and healing postures. Ann has also taught Corporate Yoga classes and simple office breathing exercises. Other studios that Ann has taught at in her 10 years of yoga are Yoga Bhoga, Euphoria Studios and La Torre in Portland and Yoga Zone in New York City.
